Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at ammasuppliesllc2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items Opened food, beverage, or consumable products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
